We are a 3cx partner and while regular 3cx is good, the StartUp product is a nightmare. Anyone looking at StartUp we are directing to 3cx pro, its dirt cheap at $145/yr, and can self host (a raspberry pi works really well) or just host on lightsail, Vultr, etc for a few dollars a month.
